Dune and bush restoration, a new shared pathway for pedestrians and cyclists and improved beach access will be completed at Silver Beach with a $375,000 grant from the NSW Government.
Sutherland Shire Council will also contribute $375,000 to the project.
There are already approximately 250 metres of shared path at both the eastern and western ends of Silver Beach. The middle section of 1.5km consists of dune areas, open spaces and seating, informal access tracks, viewing platforms and swimming areas. Read Full Article
