Applications for the 2022 Community Building Partnership program are now open, with up to a total of $400,000 allocated for projects in the Cronulla electorate.
Not-for-profit groups are encouraged to apply for funding to deliver social, environmental and recreational outcomes.ย Grants range from $5,000 to $150,000.
Local organisations and clubs to apply for funding to assist with projects such as the construction and maintenance of community infrastructure, and purchase of equipment or vehicles.
Applications close at 5:00pm Friday 10 June 2022.
The program has awarded more than $399 million to over 18,000 projects since it started in 2009.

Prime Minister John Howard once said he had the second most important job in Australia, suggesting that the menโs cricket captaincy was the most important.
Bobby Simpson AO, who died today, has that job for two stints.
He was a test cricketer 1956-1968 and again 1977-1978, test captain 1963-1968 and 1977-1978 and national coach 1986-1996.
When test cricket was in crisis with the breakaway World Series Cricket, he came out of retirement aged 41 to lead his national side again. Later as national coach he reversed our ailing test fortunes.
